TERMS & AGREEMENT

Participants

Participants must be over 18 years old.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance to ICCCW 2009.

Payment

Full payment must be received by our office 14 days after registration.

Cancellation Clause

In the event of cancellation, only 50% will be refunded. There will be no refund on cancellation made after 18 September 2009.

Exemption

The organiser shall not be liable to sponsors and participants for any non-performance of its obligations under this contract due to any circumstances not within its control, including but not limited to an outbreak or threat of outbreak of infectious or communicable diseases such as SARS or H1NI.
