A lawyer by training, CH’NG Poh Tiong is publisher of Asia’s second oldest wine publication “The Wine Review” (since 1991) and the world’s first “Chinese Bordeaux Guide” (since 2000). He is a columnist for Decanter magazine and Regional Chair of Asia, Middle East & Far East of Decanter World Wine Awards. Ch’ng also writes the world’s oldest, continuous Chinese wine column – since 1998 – in Lianhe Zaobao, Singapore’s widest-circulation Chinese newspaper.
