Caillard became a Master of Wine in 1993 and was also recipient of the Madame Bollinger Foundation Medal for excellence in wine tasting.

Cho Lee is Asia’s first Master of Wine. She is Korean and based in Hong Kong. She is Head of Education, Berry Bros.& Rudd Fine Wine School Hong Kong. Cho Lee contributes to a host of magazines, including Decanter and La Revue du Vin de France. She is also a wine consultant to Singapore Airlines.

Fuchsia DUNLOP
Fuchsia DUNLOP

Dunlop is an internationally-renowned food-writer specialising in Chinese cuisine and culinary culture. Her work appears in publications including The Financial Times, The New Yorker, and Gourmet. Dunlop is the author of three books on Chinese cuisine. Her latest, “Shark’s Fin and Sichuan Pepper”, recently received the Jane Grigson award in the United States of America. Dunlop is fluent in Chinese.

China’s finest winemaker graduated in oenology from the prestigious ENITA in Bordeaux. Li also worked the 2001 harvest at Chateau Palmer. He also contributes to many Chinese publications including the highly influential Beijing Youth Daily. Li is also consultant to several wineries in China and Secretary of the Chinese Viticulture & Enology Association.

Woodward is the editor of the leading wine magazine, Decanter. Published in London, it is the pre-eminent wine title in the United Kingdom, but also has subscribers in 92 countries (over half its readership is overseas) as well as a Chinese language edition published in Taiwan. Woodward joined as deputy editor in 2003, progressing to editor in 2006.
