Walter KEI
Walter KEI is a travel and food columnist; design and food consultant; and, host of TV programmes. A prolific writer, he contributes columns and articles to publications in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan including Metro News, Oriental Daily, Wen Wei Po, Marie Claire, Lime Magazine, Esquire, V- Life, National Geographic Traveler, Modern Weekly and Vogue. Kei has also hosted a travel and cooking program for Hong Kong TVB station and taken part in Hong Kong Tourism Board’s road shows.

Neil BECKETT
Dr Neil BECKETT began his career as an academic historian. But equally interested in wine, he soon wanted to spend more time down in the cellar than up in the ivory tower. In 2004 he became the first editor of The World of Fine Wine, an award-winning quarterly review on which he works with Hugh Johnson. He has won prizes for his writing on wine and is one of the two UK tasters on the Grand Jury Européen.

ZHONG Ning is founder, publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Food&Wine magazine. Launched in 2006, pioneering Food&Wine is the most established and influential magazine of its kind in China.
Justin QUEK
Justin Quek was a founder of Les Amis, Singapore, and Shanghai’s Le Platane, Villa du lac and Fountain. In 2004, he ventured to Taipei, opening La Petite Cuisine (renamed as Justin’s Signatures), one of the top French restaurants in the city. With his new restaurant venture at Marina Bay Sands, Justin Quek reinforces his position as one of the most influential chefs in the region.

Christophe MACRA MW
Christophe MACRA MW grew up in Reims and is a web expert. Following a career in KPMG Consulting, Macra set up a company dedicated to web-based collaborative platforms and then, as business consultant, helped many organizations implement new technologies. Giving in to his passion for wine, Macra became a Master of Wine in 2008. He lives in Paris and runs Esensio, a consulting firm with an increasing focus on the wine trade; and, Tasteo, which specializes in wine education.
